The shapely blue chalcedony bottle is intricately sculpted all around, and crowned by a 102.65 ct. ametrine/clear quartz top that completes the form in colorful elegance. The single boulder of blue chalcedony, from which the bottle was carved, was mined in Turkey. The top was carved from Bolivian ametrine. Standing 4.5 inches tall, this sculpture won an honorable mention in the 3rd Annual Engraving Competition held in Ida Oberstein, Germany. It is currently available for purchase. Photo by Azad.
