('reparation: lhe herbal ingredients tabasheer and jadwar together
with the mineral stones, are finely ground separately in a mortar,
mixed together, sieved through 100-mesh, and triturated to fine grains
again. During trituration the foils of gold and silver, ground in rose
water, are added. Separately, mastagi, momiai, and am bar are molten
on fire and added to the mixture. Last of all, musk, dissolved in rose
water, is added, and the mixture is triturated thoroughly till all the
constituents mix up and the rose water dries. The mixture should be
filtered through a fine muslin cloth. The jawahar mohra should be
preserved in bottle.
Dosage and administration: 5 mg. with 5 g. of Dawaul misk motadil
jawahardar
or with pure honey.
Uses and indications: (i) Tonic for the vital organs, heart, brain and
liver, (ii) Restorative.
