Zince oxide

Ammonium chloride (naushadar)
100 grams
Preparation: The roasted alum and ammonium chloride are finely
ground and sieved through 100-mesh. The Zinc oxide is sieved through
a fine cloth, added to the alum-ammonium chloride mixture, and the
mixture re-ground and re-sieved through a fine cloth, after which
kuhl is preserved in glass jar.
Administration: To be applied to the eye in the morning and at
night.
l'ses and indications: Removes the opacity of the eye. pterygium,
and xerophthalmia.
