history of the pair of fine black Pearls, weighing 77 and 67 grains,
will be found at p. 269. There are no doubt, other famous Pearls worthy
of description, and some of these we hope to describe in a future
edition of this work. The author will always be glad to receive
information respecting any Pearls of exceptional interest, with the
view of rendering the subject, in a future edition, as perfect as
possible.
