Dr. Adolf Soetbeer (in Petermaun's Mittheilungen, Erganzungsheft No. 57) published conclusions reached by him as to the bullion product of the United States up to the close of 1875, based upon a study and comparison of the literature of the subject. In the following table Dr. Soetbeer's results are shown, kilograms being converted into troy ounces and German marks into United States money. The production is given by periods of years.
