Of the total output for the decade Colorado supplied 125,-840,700 ounces and Montana 125,424,100 ounces—nearly half the production of the United States for 10 years coming from these two States—Utah supplied 107,956,600 ounces; Idaho, 71,906,700 ounces; Nevada, 64,649,600 ounces; and Arizona, 28,544,000 ounces. A steadily increasing production has come from Nevada, a steadily decreasing output from Colorado, and a fairly stationary annual output lias been recorded for Arizona, Montana, and Utah. The output of Idaho has, on the whole, increased since 1901.
