Platinum and allied metals imported for consumption in the United States, 1921-22.
In the foregoing table unmanufactured platinum imported from Colombia is crude, and the imports from Esthonia, Latvia, and Sweden are believed to be crude platinum of Russian origin. Part of the platinum from England and France is doubtless Russian crude, but the bulk is probably refined metal.
