Diana is one of an elite handful of professional jewelry writers who is also a graduate gemologist and registered jewelry appraiser. This capacity gives her an in depth understanding into each gemstone or jewelry subject and the ability to articulate critical details about each story to the broadest audience. Her reportage gives a voice to miners, and geologists-to jewelry designers and merchants. Diana speaks to professionals and consumers in the printed word or through her lectures in their own language, because she is also an avid gemstone collector.
