This ring combines many elements that are typical of my work—precious metals (gold, silver), patinas, and niello.
Even the shape of a cup evokes the ancient craft of the goldsmith…after all, the cup is one of the first things that you use when learning this craft. This ring is part of a series that I entitled FOR ANCIENT ROUTES.”
