Huge Aquamarine with an "antique color" of slight greenishness! It has been heat treated, just as most Aquamarine is...but I heated this one just gently enough to allow the blue to come through with the green as an accent undertone rather than being totally overpowered. A very attractive gemstone! Concave faceted scallop is not thick like the cleft of a heart shape....it is concave faceted on the crown and pavilion to add to the brilliance and clean aesthetics! The gem has an SI clarity but as a gem being worn in the real world, you do not see the inclusions and the size and beauty of the gem make this very affordable!!
