Anne Helmenstine's "AIA Jewelry Making" website devoted to information about making jewelry. It contains free jewelry patterns and jewelry making projects. 

Ganoksin (Thailand)

Ganoksin is dedicated to serve the information needs of the world's jewelers. Their mission is to educate, improve working conditions and facilitate sharing between goldsmiths globally. They have a forum (entitled "Orchid"), online galleries, jewelry making articles, etc.

They offer an Associate of Arts Degree in Accessory Design (including jewelry). 

Santa Ana College

Santa Ana College offers several classes in Jewelry Design and Gemology. 

University of Kansas, School of Fine Arts

Full Bachelor (B.A. & B.F.A) and Master degree (M.F.A) in Metalsmithing and Jewelry Design. A variety of studio design courses are offered, including jewelry design, holloware, enameling, rendering, professional practices, gemology and historical seminars. Students may choose an elective or major course of study. 

Ferris State University - Kendall College of Art and Design

B.F.A. in Metals & Jewelry Design. They offer dozens of courses in jewelry design, goldsmithing, etc. Students in their B.F.A program in Metals & Jewelry Design create wearable and functional art using tin, bronze, copper, nickel, silver, and gold, as well as modern materials like plastics and stainless steel.
